Recipe #13

Unlucky for some 13, but not for us here at ChickenSoup! Happy Friday blog readers, and welcome back!

Here we are again with another inspiration for you, to kickstart those creative juices flowing, to sooth your poorly crafty mojo, or to just inspire you to think outside the box.

This weeks inspiration came from Ann and her observation that the fashion industry has seen a ruffles and lace trend over the summer. With plenty of frills and spills and gorgeous femine colours how will you be inspired this week? Maybe you will stray from paper this week and incorporate some materials or lace into your projects!

As always our design team were inspired to create a diverse set of examples for you to peruse.

Andrea created this spooky cute card

Ann created an Anniversary card with a coordinating gift bag

Another card from Debbie, plenty pink!

Heather was inspired to create this gorgeous layout

Kate was inspired to create this stunning layout
This is our final recipe for September and you have until the 30th to share your creations with us to be in with a chance to win with The Craft Emporium.

Next month sees five more challenges, a new sponsor not to mention new ChickenSoup designers to bring you even more inspiration!! The deadline for our dt call is this Sunday September 26th 2010 at midnight GMT. International applications are welcome as are submissions from digital scrapbookers, indeed if you feel you can take inspiration from a recipe and create something from scratch, apply to join us! All entry details can be found here - we can't wait to hear from you!

Have a crafty week everyone!
