And a layout from Kate inspired by the colours.

So how will that image inspire your next creation? We hope you will choose to share it with us here, or blog about it and mention ChickenSoup.

Recipe #40 - Welcome to May

Our recipe today is slightly cooler toned in colour after a few bright ones. Let see how much fun you all have with this one, courtesy of ChickenSoup chef Annette.

Annette gave us a lovely card inspired by the image.

Alana also made a lovely card this week, inspired by the colours and lace effect.

It seems cards were popular from the DT this week, here's another lovely example from Christine.

Last example from this week as a layout from Kate, based on the colours of the recipe this week.

Bring me sunshine, that is what this week's recipe says to us, and what a lovely end to the week we have seen in most of the UK this week.

Well spring is well and truly here and so we hope that this weeks recipe will see your springing into your craft space and creating something wonderful.

The team drew inspiration from the tree, the colours and the whole spring/summer feel of the image this week - just take a look and be inspired. Kate, inspired by the colours, created this stunning tag. Ann saw summer and sunshine when looking at the image and created this cheerful layout.

It's clear to see where Annette, who provided our recipe this week, drew her inspiration from!

And last up for this week Christine with her lovely layout inspired by the springtime feel of our recipe.
